Operating DC voltage system

"MOBEL" Company has developed Operating dc voltage system (ODVS) on "Liotech" lithium-ion accumulators.

ODVS features for reservation of power supply and operation on distribution and transit substations, generation facilities, a system guaranteed energy supply for Essential Service. ODVS can be used in other areas where there are exclusive standards on functionality, safety and reliability industries, oil and gas facilities, connection and telecommunications.

ODVS structure

  • Cabinet with charge-rechargeable rectifier unit (CRRU);

  • Cabinet of direct-current board (DCB);

  • Cabinet with storage battery;

CRRU Structure

  • Power module output - 3,6 kW;

  • Number of modules - 12 pcs;

  • System output - 43.2 kW;

DCB Structure

  • Introduction and distribution fuses - disconnectors;

  • Line isolation monitor;

  • Touch screen panel operating system;

  • Controller for integration into the Automatic process control system (APCS) of the upper level of the facility;

Cabinet with storage battery structure

  • A battery consists of lithium-ion batteries;

  • Intelligent management battery system of Li-Ion battery charge;

  • The number of cells in the battery - 69 pcs.;

  • The battery capacity - 240A*;

  • Rated stored energy - 53 kW*h;

  • Rated stored energy - 220V;

  • Rated load current - 120 A;
